Tips for happiness
Being happy is simpler than it seems, as the years go by we forget that happiness is happiness and thus replace free time with obligations and tasks that we could solve at another time. We are locked into a vicious circle which causes us to move in an automatic way, which in the long run could make us sad with that feeling of boredom.

To be happy every day
The first thing we fail to do is that we are left out, we should not live without taking into account ourselves, without thinking about ourselves and leaving some needs behind. No matter how much we have work commitments, family or couple we should not lose our center, because if we lose our center we would be losing the meaning of our lives. If you're okay, your life will be fine.
Your inner child
Many times we forget that we were children, unconcerned about our past and future, who only lived the present with enthusiasm and intensity. We must look inside ourselves and thus meet again with that child of before, let's play, laugh, run, draw, shout, take out that child that we lost, from time to time and feel at ease with ourselves.
Many people make a mountain out of a grain of sand which is a big mistake, they make a mishap end their lives. We must know the importance of things in order to live our days happily.
Let's love each other more
We must work on our self-esteem and love ourselves more, we must dedicate time to ourselves, respect ourselves, love ourselves and realize your hobbies. Having a healthy relationship with yourself will establish a loving bond that will make you happy.
Peace of mind
in order to enjoy a satisfying life it is necessary to relax, no stress or anxiety, just so that we can devote time to what is important, family, friends and self-interest.
Eat well
Another advice to achieve happiness is good nutrition, a healthy diet that provides the necessary nutrients and our body and mind function properly, while we enjoy full health.
Time for you
Happiness can be found in little everyday things, such as when you meet your co-workers for lunch and they laugh, or when you come home and play music to relax. That's why it's very important that you always save a few hours for yourself, you can read, watch a movie, cook or exercise.
Looks like being HAPPY isn't as complicated as we thought.
