You know sometimes thoughts like missile attack your mind. Negative pictures of what you don't desire, pictures that bring doubt and fear. What you do at this time is still those thoughts

Still thoughts with thoughts:
What I do sometimes is still thoughts with thoughts. When thoughts of fear and doubt attack my mind, I fight those thoughts with thoughts of faith, hope, positivity.

Sometimes, these thoughts are persistent, and you must bombard your mind with reverse thoughts until 'evil bow before the good'.

Fight thoughts with words:
Sometimes, thoughts alone cannot annul these negative thoughts so you use words.

What you say over a period of time has the power to affect your mind and create new thought patterns.

What your life is, is a mirror of what your thoughts are: Mind your thoughts.
