Hello everyone!! Taekwondo ITF is a beautiful art and I want to share with you some cool techniques. 

I have been practising this wonderful martial art since I was kid.

This is a Twimyo Yop Chagi, in english jump side kick. This is one of my favorite kicks because it is so beatiful, so fluid... Don't you think?
