When We Are Part Of a Community.....

Continue From "What Is The Key In Our Lives....."

In our life we should stay or stick with community. If not we will become lonely and slowly we will be out of society. But we need to take care of ourselves when we are communicate with many people.

Sometime conflict can happen between us. Conflict happening is normal because we even cannot satisfy ourselves sometime.

We should not be greedy or self-centre to build up a good community. If we did it, will be follow by bitterness and valence and language districted and action will be consequence. And we should check ourselves that are we fussy about recommendation from other.

Some people may made some particular demand and said how they equip the accommodation or venue and all source of supply they might need to support for the group. And some may refuse for any kind of suggestion but they will demand to other to do something that they don’t want to do.

This type of issues will always have in every community.

To have a good reputation in our community, we should make people feel comfortable spending our time and money on our product or service. And also we have to make sure to always do things for our community so that the people will respect our company and want to spend their time and money with us.

It should be self-organizing network of people with common agenda or interest. It should not be force by other to do something that good for some body and other. It should be collaborate each other by sharing ideas, information, and other resources.

In our community members we have to help one another grow together. Some community, actually use to reshuffle their community every year to avoid the stagnation that results from processing the same things with the same people every week. We should be honest with our community if we don’t see growth.

It might be time to break up or created to start new groups with common agenda or interest under the community. If small group by group never seems to impact the community it does not mean that our group doesn’t love the same people the same way. It might be some people may greedy or self-centre and gang up group.

If happen in our group we should share our love to one another and be patient on the person and direct them until they found heir interested. Most of the issues will occur by who changed their community by community and who they are not satisfy with people from community.

Actually they are seeking for attention from people. Their heart are full with self-rightness and they are finding peace and love outside from their heart. When we saw this type of person in our community we should share our love only. Not your knowledge or your wealth.

No one can stand if you are humble and share your love to other. And love will conquer everything in our life. And also no one can run away from love.
