Continue From "Style Is Not Comfortable...."

After all this bike riding story, I enjoy my life with riding my bike and my work too. My work place is my second home. Day by day had passed I cannot stay in Singapore without my job. We always have plan maintenance for our machines and cranes. Beside our preventive maintenance we always shut down our production schedule on every Chinese New Year period.

In Singapore, every end of the year, the most holidays on the calendar and school holidays as well. Most of the people are clearing their annual leave and go holiday with their family during this time. So some of the project will start after Chinese new year expect on-going project. For our maintenance team this time is most busiest time for us.

We have to plan for all the machines that we need to do major shutdown and all the spare-parts to be ready before shut down. So we have to order some of the spare part from over-sea (OEM) to get ready for all our plant shut-down. We have to check inventory for our plant shut down. Some of the parts we have to fabricate locally or outsource from oversea.

Calculate for all the man hours need and prepare all materials and propose our management to approve for the man-hours and budget for the plant shutdown project. We have to discuss for our budget if the management have some doubt and explain for the condition of the machines and for the next life spend.

Some time, management want to cut down man-hours as well because of need to pay double amount. As everyone know every management will control every single thing and will push to the limit. For our maintenance team we cannot do this job without using production crew’s help us. So need to get man power from production department.

And some time we have to help other department maintenance for mechanical job due to their man-power issue as well as our department also need their help for electrical brake down and maintenance issue. We all are friends and help each other but for the management level they always shooting arrow each other.

Although they have strong politics for their seek, so call on paper we are different department but conclusion we all are under one roof. But sometime people dirty game for their selfishness and all this still happen in our life and need to face this kind of problem.

Some people are also very selfish and they just want to get money for free without shame. Try to avoid everything and even they forget themselves that they are human Bing. All this thing are happening in our life and there is always have good reason behind. But it is very difficult to accept on our daily life during when we are facing this kind of situation.

One day when we are out of this life than we will realized and understand why it was happen.
