In singapore as a one stop station, they always charge to their client with international market price and get the good profit from the cheap labour that they hired those people from poor neighbour country and they only paid one hour salary from where they claim from their client.
They are specially from (India, Bangladesh, Myanmar and Thailand) For those who are working with work-permit holding passed. If you are the business owner to hired work-permit holding employer, who must have Singaporean or PR in their company.
For S Pass holders sub-quota is 15% of your total (local) workforce, and Work Permit holders for (other country) sub-quota is 8% of your total (local) workforce. They have special quota for North Asian source (NAS) refers to Malaysian, Taiwan, South Korea, Macau and Hong Kong. Actually is for Malaysian. Taiwan, South Korea, Macau and Hong Kong people are mostly they are not come Singapore to work as general worker.
How many you hired foreigners in your company, you need to pay the Levy (tax) to Singapore government for each one of them.
For S Pass or EP holders, they have minimum requirements salary for those foreign talent but some are not received their full salary. The business owner have agreement with them for their accepted salary and business owner show paper work to government and running their business under their control.
Who those people who come Singapore to work are mostly from poor county or family, so they really need the job for them and their family to survive in their back country.
So they make offer themselves under price and let get some income for themselves. And also compare to their country saturation, in Singapore is way much better and one sacrifice can survive at least four or five people in their country.
If you want to apply Singapore PR you need to have since 2009 they cut down the 50% of approval PR rate and mostly are high paid salary foreign talented from India and china.
For china citizen to apply PR in Singapore was very easy due to Chinese population increasing rate is very low in Singapore. They prepare to bear with first generation and they prepare second generation for Singapore.
In white paper, for eligible to apply for Singapore citizenship, if you have been a Singapore Permanent Resident (PR) for at least two years and are aged 21 and their parents were legally married at the time of our child birth.
When you are staying in Singapore more than ten years, you still not eligible to apply for Singapore citizenship because you are not Chinese, Malay or Indian. I do not know why Myanmar are very difficult to get PR or citizen now a days.
The best part of my life, yet I believe I am not along facing this problem is our kids are not getting PR for Singapore and both parents are Singapore PR and born in Singapore.
All the parents are keep applying for their kids and but always get rejected from the government section. So we face another consequences are medical fees we pay for foreigner price and the most challenging this was school registration issue.
For early childhood learning to enroll for the kid as foreigner price was not a jock. We need to pay more than $600 for every month or more. That is start felling as a pinch and price always go up on yearly basic.
