It seems that this is a period of reflection. I do wonder how many persons are similarly affected.

Perhaps it is due to the cooling of the festive season - the putting away of the lights, the decorations and the distractions that at least help to bring the family together.

Perhaps it is a process similar to forming a cocoon of introspection - beyond which lies the promise of transformation and an in-life evolution.
