RECORD EVERYTHING
What a bizarre experience...
Recently, while I was in court, I realized just how important it was to record everything, especially certain interactions. Although vidoe can be edited, an actual recording of events that took place will be a lot more helpful in determining the truth than what opposing views present as reality. It was a good reminder for me, and I share this story now as something for y'all to contemplate.

Well, thats exactly why the police has body cams nowadays. Before, it was always just guess work for the judge - unless there were enough independent witnesses.
If it was only your word against that of a police officer (or even several), you were screwed.
So the judge now was totally correct. If the prosecution claims to have evidence, but they cannot show it for some reason, its all just hot air. Thats just what happens in D.C. a lot.
I`m not so sure about the crime wave thing, that appears to exist based on the multitude of private videos. I rather believe it is because there are so many video cameras available today. Just about everybody has smart phone, there are CCTV cams in every shop, dash cams in many cars and so on. This results in videos of the weirdest things happening, coincidences which would have never been filmed in the past. Nevertheless those things happened then, too.
Good advice.. roll that video .. even if you can only get audio in a situation..
sound advice if you have a shadow from wherever or whenever i fear there's plenty of places where a lot of people are guilty until proven innocent ... i dont wanna compare or anything and its none of my business but i know a shadow from the past is like a brand-mark and it doesnt seem to go away no matter what they promise :)
The energetic push-pull is a tough one: we want to record everything when it's in our favour and to our benefit, but when others do it we assert our right to privacy. Hmmmm.... pondering.
