GIANTS DID THEY EXIST?

From before Biblical times stories and legends and tales were told of Giants on earth, sometimes as heroes, or Gods , other legends of mighty warriors or evil beings bent on destruction and havoc to humankind. Any way in various folklores the giants are frequently mentioned.

We read in the Bible of Giants on earth, and Goliath also be of Gigantic stature, slain by David, with a singly shot from a sling!
During the last century or so Documented evidence has been found, proving the existence of a race of Giants!
Extremely tall skeletons ranging from 7 feet to 18 feet tall were uncovered in prehistoric mounds, burial chambers caves, geometric earthworks, ancient battlefields.
It is interesting that some of the skeletal finds were sent to the Smithsonian Institute in Washington ,where a lot of Archaeological items are stored. They never investigated the finds further an no mention was made of them...until a TV presenter confronted them and had access to some of the remains.
Strange anomalies occurred in the skeletons, such as double row of sharp teeth, massive Jawbones,elongated skulls.
At present the Smithsonian has records of 17 giant skeletons

The origins of Giants have been shrouded in mystery for many decades.
In the Norse mythology giants are the originators of of various battles., (battle of Raganok), where the gaints will storm Asgard and in a fight destroy the known wold. This is jut one of the many folklores where giants are predominantly featured.During the early Woodland period (1000-200 BC) the Adena people built extensive burial mounds, and earthworks in the Ohio valley Indiana, Pennsylvania, Kentucky and West Virginia.
In the 20th Century archaeologists found remains of a powerful built humans , between 6-9 feet tall, it is presumed tyhat this find lead to the many mysteries about giants in the area.
It is interesting to note that very little information is available and accessible to the general public.
The Carnegie museum destroyed many of the burial mounds deliberately, in the late 100 to early 1900.
The only record surviving is that of the press reports.

The press report from the Sun December 8th 1893 reads:
This mound which was originally 100 feet long and 12 feet high, somewhat worn by this time, on the farm J>R Secrist,
in South Huntington township. The most interesting excavation was the discovery of the mummified remains of a human torso. Portions of the bones dug up, and the bones of the legs are those of a person 8 to 9 feet in height"(Poffessor Petersen.

Giants are at the heart of British folklore, and the founding of Britain. Archaic traditions will have it that Giants inhabited the country in deep antiquity, they were the first inhabitants of Britain....were Ham who came from Africa 4,000 yer go..Other legends say that Noah's son Japeth had arrived even earlier and that Noah's lineage were giants.
The first recorded king was Albion the Giant King of Britain, who made his way to Britain, after being banished from Greece. "He is the begotten of of the sea god Poseidon, of the Greek mythology or begotten by Neptune , of the Roman mythology".
Albion kings ruled according to various writers , the whole for Britain for many thousands of years. The women and men were described a powerful and very tall, and in the Arthurian legends included.
With legends and myths, the Bible and other writings, and the archaeological finds, I do think that there were Giants on earth long ago. Do you?
