How is it possible to be a global employee?

in #life3 years ago

As the world develops at a breakneck pace, new business models, ways of conducting business, and professions are created. In many fields, the ordinary gives way to novel applications that were previously unimaginable.

I'm writing to you from the front porch of a typical American "suburban" home in Washington, DC, and I'm sitting here with my laptop in my lap.

"We have a course in Washington DC that will begin in four days; would you be able to attend?" When I was on vacation in Mexico, I received a phone call from one of the international education firms for whom I worked. When I arrived, I completed a Covid test, purchased a plane ticket, and made all of the necessary arrangements. I spent five days instructing the ministry's employees on the subject of "Global Organizational Management." Of course, I received a full reimbursement for all of my training expenses. In addition, I earned a respectable living.

We see specialists from the United States (and generally from 5-10 countries) carrying out their responsibilities around the world, not just in their own country, in a range of fields and areas of expertise. There are professionals like this all around the world, but they aren't as well-known as they could or should be. As a 34-year-old trainer and public speaker, this is a goal toward which I am working toward. I'm expanding my company to a global level!

Tony Robbins is one of the most invigorating trainers I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. My ambition, like his, is to tour the world, deliver talks, educate people, and communicate with the planet's 7 billion or more inhabitants. To everyone, to the entire human race, and to the entire world...

So, how did I manage to pull this off? When I was 34 years old, I found myself teaching a course for a law firm in Washington, DC. How did this happen? As you may think, there is no straightforward or rapid solution.

Finally, I'd want to say

Despite the fact that I have made a significant long-term investment (both material and moral) in myself as well as my knowledge, experience, and character, I have not yet achieved fluency in English, raised my profile as a global citizen, developed my muscles in areas such as personal branding and marketing, financial literacy, critical thinking, and learned about other cultures and broadened my horizons.
I am now able to accomplish this as a result of the combination of a large number of different variables. All of this leads me to want to transmit the following message:

If you follow the methods stated above, you can build a global brand no matter what industry you work in, where you come from, or what type of lifestyle you lead. There are numerous scientists and artists, for example....

First and foremost, you must conduct a complete assessment of your current circumstances, expectations, shortcomings, and advantages. As a result, I recommend that you approach your goal in little steps, keeping an eye on technological advancements and changes as you progress toward your destination. It's inevitable that if you keep a careful eye on the technological breakthroughs of the day, you'll see potential opportunities before they become a reality. You will continually be presented with new opportunities as a result of this.
