Sardines
Today I figured Id try something new so I grabbed some Sardines from Sprouts a food market near were Im staying in Pheonix.
Goin into it I was hesistant because I didnt what to throw money away but I have rea that the such a nutritients food that I knew I wanted to sacrify my taste for the experience,
To my suprise they were slighty better than chicken of the sea tuna straight out of the can! I sprinkled Himilian salt on mine and ate them with some quiniua and lintels and chickpeas
I will get again great first experience
