cell411 is for when urgent help is needed. its helps find other people nearby who might be able to help. should also call 911 but maybe someone near by is also able to help.
It also has a ride sharing option. payment methods, Cash, Credit, Bitcoin, Silver, Barter.
still needs more people, they don't take a cut from the rides, so they don't have a large amount of money to advertise.
