STOP THROWING A PITY PARTY

Hello steemians,

What do you think is your benefit when you throw a pity party. What do you stand to gain when you feel sorry for yourself?

You complain and dwell on your mistakes and ugly experiences. You larvish your time and energy regretting over what you can't change.

Why not absorb the pain, admit it has happened and go through the pain. You just can't keep condemning yourself over a mistake.

You are not doing yourself or your future any good by throwing a pity party. If you keep feeling sorry for yourself, you'll find it difficult to excel.

Life is progressive. Dwelling much over a past scene is deadly. It has happened. And that's just the truth. Why not pick the lessons therein, and fly with it.

Keep moving. Behind every ugly experience is a big lesson and a chance to smile. Discover the hidden comedy behind your mistakes and laugh over it.

You are the author of your life. Repeating the story in chapter 2 in chapter is stagnation.

Don't feel sorry for yourself. Stop throwing a pity party.

After all no one cares about you more than you do care for yourself.

Admit your pain and face them.

Hmm!! Just absorb the pain. The truth is you cant just act as if nothing happened. Im not against having a few moments of self-pity, bub thus shouldnt be dwelt upon. Move on to greater things. Is there anyone who doesnt make mistake? This should spurr your movement. Nice post bro.

Thanks @ceemo
I appreciate your view on this.

A little tough love can go a long way! This is something everyone that has a ton of negative self talk need to read!

This part is particularly good "After all no one cares about you more than you do care for yourself." It is sooo true!

Pick yourself up and learn from your mistakes! :)
