I highly recommend that you investigate a ketogenic diet. That switches your metabolism over to using fat as a fuel rather than carbohydrates/sugar. You will end the necessity to eat 5 times a day (3 meals and 2 snacks) just to maintain your blood sugar levels. Your energy will increase and you will seldom feel hungry. Check it out.
