How to deal with boredom, 2 step plan

Write down 7 Things you like or that you need to do or you can use my list of essential things (in my view) I definitely need to do regularly
1.1 make decent food. not produced but self made
1.2 just run. order yourself some second-hand running shoes. not more than $10 they have to cost. Put them in the washing machine🙃 and just run.
1.3 meet people in real life. say hi to your neighbours. it doesn't matter. everyone feels the need to connect in real life.
1.4 create something. just something. Like a steemit story or a new bookshelf.
1.5 try to name everything you see try to concentrate on your body and try to be aware of your thoughts and just breathe on for a moment.
1.6 do a little dance make a lot of love and get down tonight. the dancing part is the easy part just put up some music and let it go.
1.7 sleep the best is to try to have a sleeping pattern because it feels great at daytime if you have a hard time doing this try to tranquilise yourself by not watching a screen in the evening and read a boring book.
