Man Allows 7 Friends to Gang Rape His Wife As Compensation After He Stole Their Money For Drugs

A young mother told police that she suffered a lot at the hands of her drug addicted husband. During the latest incident, the woman was violently gang raped by seven men with the consent of her husband.

According to police in India, the men took turns raping the woman.
They also took lewd photos of the attack and they used them to blackmail the victim. The incident began when the husband stole money from his friends to buy drugs.

When the men, who are all from the same village in Punjab, realized that they money was missing, they confronted the husband.
He offered all of them to have sex with his 22-year-old wife as repayment for the money that he stole. The men agreed to the arrangement and they gang raped the woman.

The husband was arrested and charged with rape and criminal conspiracy.
The other men are facing charges of rape.

According to police, the victim's father died when she was 5 years old. Her mother later remarried and left the girl in the care of her paternal grandparents. They married the girl when she was just 15-years-old. The couple has one child together.
