I too enjoy a bit of sweetness in my slaw. However there are folks that will fight to the death to say sweetness in slaw is wrong!
Maybe one of those folks was in the kitchen! Honestly, I am not a fan of overly sweet anything, but this slaw just tasted like homemade mayo was in residence and nothing else. I was wondering if the chef thought the apples they added would compensate, but it just wasn't quite right. Not that I am complaining, the food still rocked, lol!
