Reality Talk
Most people enjoy competing with others. They never quite feel like themselves when they try to be like others. It is okay to have others inspire you or have the desire to be better than others, but never feel you are failing because others are moving fast ahead.
Life is in phases and in stages. We are at different seasons of our lives which is why it would be wrong for a single lady to be envious of a married woman, or a recently married woman to be envious of the one with a child. Time is the only factor there and in time both the single and the newly married would attain the level they desire.
We need to look inward and be better for ourselves. We need to do things better too. A flower doesn't look at another flower before it can bloom, it just bloom.
When you understand your purpose and the potentials hidden inside you, you will focus on impacting lives and living your life rather than trying to impress those who might not even be looking. Stop being a secondary character in your life's story. Be intentional about your growth and you can only do this when you know the potential that is hidden inside you.
Stop comparing your life with another and stop trying to impress people. Just be you and fulfil your purpose. Every other thing would fall into place.
