When you just stay calm and trust God rather than masturbation you have just saved yourself from releasing untimely hormones which can weakens you and make you inactive
When you just say
no to pornography it set your mind free from bad thought that can enslave you.
Your honestly will make you have a clear and clean conscience.
It is not just that these things are commands from God they help us to be healthy both within and without.
