Hello,
I present today a very tasty dish, prepare on the campfire. Traditional food from Central Europe - Kociolek
The dishes include:
- potatoes
-onion
-carrots
-cabbage
-sausage
-bacon
-lard
-salt
-peper
Cut all the products and put them in a cast iron pot
The ingredients must be covered with cabbage leaves. Then turn the pot and the fire.
After about 40 minutes I will start to smell the roasted onion and bacon. It is a sign that the food is ready.
