So many people believe in God and they reach out to him every now and then seeking all manner of help and blessings from him. I believe in God. I believe in prayers and I have regularly had my prayers answered countless times. However, I have never seen God come down to solve my needs for me. He uses people to do that most of the time.    

Last Sunday, I had a little problem which I shared with some Steemians here. God used so many to solve that problem. @infovore was exceptionally helpful. In fact he helped deliver an answer to my prayer. He blessed me in a very helpful way. He may not really know how what he did for me impacted my life in a tremendous way. To him, he might just be offering a little help to a fellow steemian, but to me, it was a marvelous gift……. An Answered Prayer.

No matter our status in life, all of us can be of help to someone else. For a while, I have been having so many financial needs that haven’t been solved yet, however, I have tried to bless those around me in my own little capacity. There’s a woman that cleans our house every weekend. Last week Saturday, when she was cleaning the house, she was looking so distressed and hungry that I had to give her the only money I had on me. When she received the money from me, her face beamed with joy, she smiled and so thanked me as if I resurrected her dead child.  From that instance, her countenance changed from a sad one to a joyful one. 

Please take note of these very important points I’m trying to point-out. 

1.  I did not give her a million, neither did I give her thousands it was just a little token, but I’m very sure it meant a lot to her.  Lessen;  That very insignificant help you are offering might mean the world to someone in need. 
2. I had so many pressing financial needs myself, but I chose to give that money because she needed it more than I do at that point in time. Lessen;  You mustn’t have all your needs solved before you offer a helping hand to the needy around you.

Actually, the money I gave her wouldn’t have done so much for me if I had used it on myself, but it did bring me inner peace and happiness knowing I had placed laughter with it on another person’s face. Sometimes, it takes a little bit of selflessness to be of help to other people.  

It has been proven beyond reasonable doubt that givers never lack and what goes around usually do come around. I gave her that little token on Saturday, and infovore gave me something bigger on Sunday.    

So many people are praying every day and waiting earnestly to receive answers to their prayers. You must not have a million dollar in your possession, or have all your needs met before you can become a channel of blessing to someone else. Become an answer to another person’s prayer and see how speedily your prayers will receive answers as well. 

It is so important to be a blessing to your world no matter how little the blessing is.
