The aggregate of people living together in a more or less ordered community.

Society must first have "decision makers" who should be able to link between global optimization and how all parts of a system are interacting instead of focusing on local optimization and also should be able to think systematically instead of trying to find solutions with linear thought.

Decision makers play an important role in this matter as well as in every aspect then all the problems stand up organically like lack of green space in cities or game addiction of new generations or security problem or children brides or rape cases or kidnapping,etc. if not at least, it is reduced to complexity that can be taken under control easily.

Maybe we can give an example of ban video games, online games for kids :S Sharing game lists will not work and also it can trigger otherside effects that you cant predict.

Think about this;

You have a crop and there is a kind of insect that damages those crops. Many people think with linear thought this can increase the yield of their crops by injecting this insect. In fact, the application of insecticides can speed up the reproduction of another harmful insecticide (Delayed Effect) Crops may suffer more damage in the medium/long term, although the effect is not felt in the first stage.

If you dont understand the inter-relatedness between of things, solutions often cause more problems. Simple questions often require complex and reflective thinking if good are to be found. Its always better to manage by design than by fault
