Yeah, I watched many a YouTube video before buying the Pro one. I get a little bit of latency with my laptop but managed to reduce it a good bit by faffing about in the settings. Y interface isn't the best so I suspect it's that.
Will first have a go a the demo. Have to make it run on Linux using Wine (the software not the drink😄). Specs of my available systems are probably good for quite some latecy. If I can get it to run. But that is part of the fun.

Oh my. That is fun. I can't wait till the little boom is a bit older and I can get back into the cooking again. It's too mental just now!
Can imagine that with a toddler bouncing all over the place it is a kind of imposible to do some extended cooking. :-)
