Hypnotism Fake?
Most everyone has experienced hypnotism in our lives already whether we consciously know it or not.
When the mind goes to the alpha state, you are indeed experiencing hypnotism. Daydreaming is a state of hypnosis. You are also experiencing hypnosis when your in an emotional engagements like being in love. You are even under a state of hypnosis when you have direct focus attention watching an engaging TV show.
Hypnosis is not sleep. Hypnosis is wakeful alertness. That means being hypnosis can also be thought of as a heightened sense of awareness.
Some may say you need a high IQ to cure an aliment via hypnosis. You do not need a high IQ to absorb Truth. All that is needed to be hypnotized is willingness, coupled with enough concentration to follow simple instructions.
Willingness and concentration towards something takes practice. Once one has confidence in these skills, they are able to get rid of thousands of mental aliments through hypnosis. Giving hypnosis a chance may take more than one time as well. When ready to commit to such a treatment, make sure your allowing yourself 4-5 sessions for effectiveness.
Learning a behavior is easy. Learning in general is easy. Unlearning a behavior is extremely difficult. In most cases unlearning a behavior is the source of all disease. Hypnosis is the natural way to unlearn anything.
lol I remember reading articles about hypnotism when I was younger, But never could hypnotise anyone :(

You are so right. I studied to be a hypnotherapist some years ago and it helped me truly understand myself and see more truths (or lies) in others and events.
