This observation covers a lot, however let me just isolate what I feel is a vast difference between the philosophies of the east and west. The Chinese philosophies understand that we are both heaven and hell, battling it out within and without.. While the west has banished the "hell" aspect to some dark realm... they ignore it, try to suppress it and thus it becomes stronger and eventually irresistible... which is what we are experiencing currently with these so-called truth bombs.
