RE: Ask the Car Guy @socky Nov 5
This is very nice of you.
I am actually dealing with a few issues on my girlfriend's car. Her vehicle overheats, the radiator fluid is always empty, but when I fill it and check for leaking, I can never see anything leaking.
Another issue is that the windshield wiper fluid won't come out despite being full. and the rear wiper never turns off.
The whole vehicle is a bit of a mess but I just want to keep it functioning over the next few months until she can afford something better.
Any advice?
Also, thanks for the follow it's much appreciated.
Her is a really good video explaining the sealer and how to get it to work.
Windshield wiper fluid could be caused by a clogged sprayer. disconnect the rubber hose from the sprayer and hit the windshield wiper fluid button. If fluid comes out, then unclog the sprayer with a needle. If no fluid comes out, then it could be a fuse, the pump motor or the switch.
The rear windshield wiper not shutting off sounds like a damaged or stuck switch.
