Dreams, hope and optimism.

It's easy to feel beaten up by life, to recognize that many of your dreams will never come true, to admit that you can't defeat a corrupt system.

Instead, consider how much you've overcome and grown from the obstacles; how what you've achieved is far greater in terms of relationships and personal fulfilment than perhaps the grandiose dreams of fame and fortune, and that each small action taken locally to change an unjust system can collectively amount to a tsunami wave against oppression.

The clock is ticking either way, and the surest thing in life is that it is not indefinite. It is what makes life special, that we search for our purpose and hopefully find it in our limited time here. Perhaps making an impact for the generations to come is our true purpose.
