Barefoot.

 
Last night I come home tired, I decided to put on a comedy movie and my choice fell on Barefoot.  Barefoot is a 2014 film directed by Andrew Fleming with Evan Rachel Wood and Scott Speedman.  Evan rachel wood I really like her, I find her delicate and pretty and in this movie, adorable.  I implore the film is a very simple and enjoyable thing that offers little reflection in a gentle and unpretentious way. 

 
Jay is a handsome boy of wealthy family, coming out of bad investment and shameless perplexities, he is the black sheep of the house. 

 Deducted to the neck and slammed into business loopholes, he accepts work as a scrubber in a psychiatric hospital.  Where, besides cleaning, it also delights to chatter with patients, in their distorted world and in him, not too far from them, but still socially acceptable.  One day he decides that it is time to be helped by his hated parents, the occasion is presented with the invitation to the brother his  impeccable brother wedding , but here he is the problem , Jay must carry his girlfriend at all costs.

  He, an allergic to the series stories and lap dance dancer, is not the type of girlfriend.  In a rollicking family phone call, Jay invented a fictional girlfriend, she work as a nurse, he hope it's work, a mild lie on it, from scrubbing suits employee! 

 But what terrible can be small and innocent lies?  And from this point on, for him, the problems begin, where to find a girlfriend to be brought to the brother's wedding?  They have every attempt to hit the nurses or their usual attendance. No one wants to accompany him.  The arrival of a new patient at the psychiatric hospital will reverse the situation, Daisy, a pretty young woman who has lived a whole life closed with her mother, doctors say they hear rumors, is sweet, naive, and scared. The ideal victim. 

 
The girl is in her room and in the night a servant tries to sexually abused her, Jay, who is the classic mascalzone from the heart of gold, punch him , thus becoming in trouble , have already resumed him several times for his contacts little  not formal with the patients, let alone if they do not throw it into jail for knocking an officer.  

The only way is to escape, with her following. The two will be involved in an unbelievable adventure where they will have the opportunity to get to know each other.  Daisy has never seen the world, and everything outside creates panic and emotion, does not know half-measures or social rules. Jay takes the opportunity to exploit the naivety of the girl in her favor, asks her to pretend to be a nurse and to go to her brother's wedding. She accepts though hesitant.  Despite the initial difficulties, her family seems to appreciate Daisy and do not take too much into her dreads, like walking barefoot. 

 The marriage proceeds, until the fake relationship between the two is not overturned by Jay's father, Daisy in crisis flees and Jay with her. They were not good enough to lie and for Daisy the world is still too strange and invisible.

They confide, and she says, "I killed my mother."

Jay does not break up, the world is strange, bad, crazy, but is not he even strange and bad?

Only nobody ever diagnosed it.

But is that what Daisy says is true?

Daisy is really psychic or has there been an error of assessment?

The two fled together, and they discover each other, do not understand who is really crazy, sweet and frightened Daisy or the unhappy Jay ?.

What is the thin line that divides normality from madness?

Is it not so strange to walk barefoot? No more strange than so many other things.

 
Daisy is afraid of the world, Jay too. Will they understand, love?  Will Daisy prove to be sick?  But only special.

  To know it I invite you to watch the movie, I do not want to take any responsibility for any spoiler.  The film personally i loved it , especially as the relationship between the protagonist and the patients was built, lightly, without demonizing anyone suffering from psychiatric disorders.

  Maybe trivializing for a moment, in favor of a light texture but still not treating them, as is often the case, with the heaviness of a conviction.
