These 4 Reasons cause Eyes to Deteriorate Faster

In order to see beauty of the world, god has given us eyes as gift. We are unable to keep this gift healthy because of poor lifestyle which causes eyes to deteriorate. If you know about weakness and deterioration causing reasons, then you can protect your eyes. Today i am going to tell you about eyes deteriorating habits only.

1. Being in Sunlight for Longer - It is assumed that harmful rays of sun can burn Cornea of eyes. And this may even result into lack of vision. You should not come in direct contact of sunlight. Do use sunglasses.

2. Heavy Usage of Mobile - The worst effect of technology fell on eyes. Being busy in mobile causing headache and pain in eyes. Because of continuous usage of mobile, emerging electromagnetic rays affect retina and cornea of eyes.

3. Studying in Low Light - This gives more load in eyes. In such cornea of eyes expand focus between distant and nearer objects reduce. Other than this sitting for hours in front of computer also causes deterioration of eyes. The distance between eyes and computer is less and because of this, blue light emerging from computer puts bad impact on eyes. This may cause loss in wetness of eye which may cause dry ice syndrome. Because of this disease, eyes remain in pain.

4. Smoking and consumption of Alcohol - Smoking along with other organs hurts eyes as well. More smoking causes red spots in eyes. This causes loss in vision of eyes and also fear of other diseases also increase. Similarly, effect of alcohol also falls in health of eyes. This causes decrease in redness of eyes. Stimulation among colours also decreases.

If you want to keep this gift of god, then leave cigarette and alcohol. Just think for a while what will you do if you lose your vision. It is even fearful to imagine and life cannot be imagined without eyes. Then start caring for your eyes from today onwards so that you can stay away from disease.
