Sweet crepes stuffed with chopped strawberries, pineapple or guava marmalades and chocolate syrup top

Recipe for 18 sweet crepes (approx.):

100 gr of whole wheat flour use.
2 eggs.
250 mlt of milk.
30 gr of sugar.
45 gr pineapple jam
45gr of guava marmalade
2 teaspoons vanilla essence or 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon.
Chopped Strawberries.
Chocolate syrup.
Butter .
preparation:

1. Blend all ingredients except butter and let stand for about 10 minutes.
2. Put a frying pan over medium-low heat and let it heat well.
3. Put some butter to grease the pan.
4. Add a little of the crepe mixture to the pan until you get a thin disc about 15 to 20 centimeters in diameter.
5. Let the pancake brown and turn very carefully, let it brown again and remove from the heat.
6. Spread a thin layer of jam.
7. Then place the chopped strawberries in the crepe and roll up.
8. Repeat steps 3 to 7 until the dough is low.
9. Serve and bathe the pancakes with the chocolate syrup.
   Optional: you can substitute strawberries for any other fruit of your choice and chocolate syrup with powdered sugar.
