Fitness with Nikolatka #2 - UPPER BODY + CORE

Hello my lovely Steamers!

In this post, I am focusing mostly on the upper body part. I prepared for you three, in my opinion, simple exercises that not only strengthen arms (biceps, triceps) but also shoulders and upper back. To spice it up, each exercise is carried out on a BOSU, which forces you to keep in balance and therefore contributes to your core, which is very important, more than you think!

Here are three gifs showing you how to do the three exercises properly - always keep in mind to bend your knees a little and to keep your back straightened!

Never skip legs!

I always do at least few exercises to "feed" my legs, usually towards the end of the training session. However, there can never be a recipe that would fit to each and every one of us. Meaning that if a particular style suits me, it does not necessarily mean that the exact same move will suit you. My workouts are here for you to get inspiration - the way how you are going to add it to your workout routine is up to you, of course :)

However, GIRLS, there is never enough squats! You can add various equipment to spice it up - here is an example:

PS: Drink often during the workout in order to stay hydrated
