What we think is what we receive, it is easy to read about this concept in an article, but its extremely difficult to implement in real life. In my own life, I always try to be aware of what thoughts go through my mind, especially when something bad or annoying happens. By doing this, I make it so I am in control of the end result of the circumstance. I may not be able to control what happens to me, but I certainly am in control of how I react to it. So I choose love every time, peace is king! Especially when someone comes at you with anger and rage.
