Anxiety is a natural response to stress and can sometimes even be beneficial in certain situations. However, for 40 million people struggling with anxiety disorders, anxiety becomes debilitating and interferes with daily life. Although anxiety disorders can damage one’s life when left untreated, especially if it became Panic Therefor i will Share with You my the Magical trick i personally have tired and got Rid of it For ever

many of you will probably take this as a joke ...i did it also the first time i knew about it ... believe me it works like magic ... i was anxious and having a panic attack and suddenly once i started to repeat the sentence in my head ... i started to relax and my heart beats became normal again ! then once i knew that i can beat that panic attack simply with my head , panic attacks start to disappear .... and i never got a panic attack since
