If you willingly go the court, you automatically accept their jurisdiction over your life. You can communicate with them thru papers.

I understand all this, I’ve even used some of the approaches with positive results against private corporations but I’ve never let anything go as far as court because when they do go the kidnap route it will not even be called kidnap by the rest of the world who wholeheartedly believe in the legitimacy of the system.
