At the End of Your Day Settle Down And Reflect

I've recently been in South Africa for three weeks and enjoyed the sunrise and sunsets a lot. To me, this painting stands for the following:

Just like the sun settles down at the end of the day for one part of the earth we settle down eventually too at the end of a day and then we call it a day and go to sleep, waking up to a brand new day couple hours later.

At the end of our day, when we settle down like the sun we should reflect on our day and who we were throughout it, asking ourselves the questions if we did everything we could have in each moment and each interaction to bring out and live the best of ourselves.

Did we support ourselves to understand ourselves, our patterns, emotions and feelings or relationship to something or someone better? Did we learn more about ourselves and did we expand who we are, becoming more and better human beings?

Accordingly to our answers, once we reflect on the above questions in self-honesty, we now have a practical guide of where we require to focus more on living and changing and bettering ourselves and less reacting to things and people and ourselves. 😊😊😊
