What not to eat to stay healthy in the summer?

There are certain foods, which can increase body temperature and feel hot. These foods should be eaten as little as possible during summer. For example:-

Eggs are one of the ways to meet the needs of protein in the body. But eating eggs during summer can cause high cholesterol levels and high blood pressure in the body. So instead of eggs, fish or chicken should be kept regularly in the diet to meet the protein needs.

You should not drink too much tea and coffee in summer. Because the caffeine in tea or coffee dehydrates the body and raises the body temperature.

Deep-fried food and extra-oily food are delicious but not good for the body. Such food should be avoided in summer. Because, fried foods cause water deficiency in the body and heat more.

Steer clear of spicy foods while it's hot outside. since it takes longer for this kind of food to digest. The body begins to suffer if the metabolic process continues for an extended period of time.

Besides, fast food such as: burger, french fries, fried chicken, pizza should not be eaten during summer. Because these foods contain a lot of sugar and fat, it takes time to digest.
