Inflammation: When you feel pain or discomfort, it is your body's response to an issue or disease in the body, calling for your attention!

Most of us are suffering from one or more of these disorders, which guarantees you are suffering from inflammation as well. However, most doctors treat the symptoms with pharmaceuticals, which often leads to more damage, instead of properly diagnosing the root cause and managing the correct treatment path.

Inflammation triggers the symptoms of disease

  • Pain
  • Obesity
  • ADD/ADHD
  • Peripheral Neuropathy
  • Diabetes
  • Heart Disease
  • Stroke
  • Migraines
  • Thyroid Issues
  • Dental Issues
  • Cancer
  • Brain Fog
  • Fatigue
  • Muscle pains & spasms

Inflamtion is a natural biochemical process in the body that occurs to help heal a particular area. Inflammation is normal, except for when it becomes a chronic immune response. Scientests believe that chronic low-grade inflammation is the leading cause of various chronic ailments such as arthritis, diabetes, heart disease, and digestive disorders.

Interestingly, the majority of inflammatory diseases start in the gut with an autoimmune reaction. Which then can progess into systemic inflammation. To effectively make head way in treatment is to address the disease(s) on all levels. Including diet, lifestyle, managing stress, sleep, and various inflammatory diseases.

Factors

  • Stress
  • Poor Sleep
  • Poor Nutrition (Especially common since most foods consumed at nutrient deficient and often contain inflammatory compounds)
  • Environmental Toxins
  • Overweight

List of possible inflammation triggers

  • Gluten
  • Soy
  • Dairy
  • Wheat & Grains
  • Legumes
  • Lectins
  • Corn
  • Peanuts
  • Caffeine (Eliminate and re-evaluate after 30+ days)
  • Alcohol (Best to eliminate or take time off)
  • Processed Foods
  • Trans fatty foods
  • Eggs
  • Nuts
  • Nightshades
  • Seeds

it is a fact that some foods and bacteria irritate the micosal lining of the gut causeing leaky gut and the autoimmune response. Generally, experienced as a flare-up, attack, or exacerbation of symptoms.

I believe in personalizing your lifestyle plan, no two people are the same, same goes for the triggers. One person may not be able to tolerate any dairy, while the next may.

Using anti-inflammatory, and probiotic foods to heal the gut lining, while eliminating triggers to balance your overactive immune system.

Tips:

  • Eating a paleo/paleo alike lifestyle by focusing on nutrient dense, instead of empty calories, will help in all aspects of anti-inflammatory goals and healing gut.
  • Exercising for 30+ minutes/ day is a natural anti-inflammatory and is encouraged for such balance of immune system and enhanced sleep.
  • Reducing stress and improving sleep
  • Resolving dysbiosis, SIBO, reapairing leaky guy
  • Knowing what to eat and what to avoid
  • Apple Cider Vinegar & Sea Salt Baths (one of my favorites)
  • Bone Broth/ Bone broth protein
  • Eat coconut oil and other healthy fats
  • Eat a healthy ratio of Omega 3:6 (Closer to 1:1-1:3)
  • Reduce pathogens such as molds, heavy metals, and pesticides
