Society is meant for us to be one. Trying to be different can also be a fashion and so we are the same trying to be different. The meaningless! I believe that in the individualities that come to the surface how can they, that is differentiated without major noises or masks. There are things that stand out in their simplicity and simplicity. Trying to be different can be a risk and we can be isolated. However, we cannot give up making our own footprints and leaving our own marks. Greetings, @zentalk
The ego can be a very powerful force. How we see ourselves defines our reality... Vanity can be a waste of time but many cling to it and value themselves in odd ways, how much money they have, the cars and clothes that they own. At the end of the day they won't be taking any of it with them when they pass on. Some may regret not having made their life's main focus something different if they have time to reflect when they get old...
