Who is your Fallback..!!

Who is your fallback..!!

People help you the way they know to help you. To help you to come out of stress, one friend will ask you to drink and another will ask you to meditate.

To overcome hurt, one friend will ask you to take revenge and get even, and another will ask you to forgive and get ahead with your life. ‘Who is your fallback’ makes all the difference.

Duryodhan one of the so called bad Indian mythological character predicament, in his own words, was, “I know what is right but I am not able to indulge in it. I know what is wrong but I am not able to avoid it.” He needed a fallback. His fallback was his uncle Shakuni who by nature was always wrong, and resultantly, Duryodhan moved from bad to worse.

Arjun the good charachter predicament was different. He was allowing his personal emotions to dominate his sense of duty, and hence wanted to escape from the responsibilities he had towards upholding righteousness. He needed a fallback. His fallback was Krishna the Great Indian God and resultantly, Arjun was restored to his greatness.

Humans we are, at some point or the other, we all need a fallback. ‘Who is your fallback’ makes all the difference.

True indeed. But pause and think, do we not choose our" fall back" according to our own nature. Often we like to be spend time with similar people and agree with people with similar thought process. So, probably it is important to read good books , cultivate good habits so that we are not blind folded by our own nature and be able to make the right choices in life. What say?

Yes you are absolutely correct. Our fallbacks will be all at similar vibrations, but there are even times when your instinct gives you signals and you avoid. But yes self help books and good company will help you raise

Nicely described the philosophy with the mythological story of Mahabharat.... Thanks for sharing.... Upvoted...
