Excellent post Zane. You are doing a fabulous job on steemit and u should continue doing so. I am aware that there are a lot of critics who want to pull you down. However, you should strive to just ignore them and move onn to reach your goals.
To motivate you would be rather difficult. Still let me make an attempt with a motivational quote.
