Making Changes 2
This morning I decided to break out the cold press juicer and go with another juice that I haven't made in awhile, the ABC juice (apple, beet, carrot), also referred to as getting your ABC's.
I can attest to the fact that it tasted as good as it looked and I'm no scientist but I know that it's healthier than a glass of beer :)
The rest of breakfast was a quick and simple "Costco" special, prepackaged hard boiled eggs. They are expensive but when you're in a hurry they sure make it easier to eat healthy (and I hate trying to peel the shells off of eggs).
The pulp to the "garden" for composting purposes.
