Trees and crops offer us so much. Our life depends upon the trees and vegetation around us. Likewise, the sun gives warmness, light and energy all around Planet Earth. Its very life is to offer us these bounties on which life hinges.

Kindness is the quality of sharing and caring.
When We can share what we have with others, and care for the wellness of others we are displaying kindness. Similarly, if we feel for others when they are suffering, and try to minimize their pain and trouble by helping them in whatever way we can we are being kind.

If we, as human beings, are greedy and egocentric, and exhibit hatred, jealousy and anger, we are far from being kind. Our deeds, words and thoughts then reveals only unkindliness. Kindness is an predominant high-quality for life to flourish.

We can show kindness to all those around us. We may also be kind with our family, associates, neighbours, and anybody whom we could encounter whether on the street, within the store or on the train.

An act of kindness don't need to be something great; any small deed of kindness can aid anybody who is in distress or agony. And it can bring cheer to the person who feels relief.

We can show kindness to our siblings who we grow up with. As an alternative of combating and quarrelling, we can show love and care. Kindness can as a consequence convey an environment of positivity.

We may help victims when a catastrophe or calamity hits the nation like a flood or earthquake. It shows our kindness and large-heartedness.
We may donate what we have like food, clothes or money for the relief of victims.
