Rational solutions

Walking through the streets of a small town in a poor country, one can see many things. The most amazing things. That's why sometimes I think it's not so interesting in well-settled and rich countries.
Yes, it is clean and tidy, everything is neat and is what it should be.
But it's not interesting.
Strange and sad as it is, it's not interesting when everything is as it should be :)

And this is what I saw recently, walking down the streets of one of the towns in my country.

At first glance, nothing special - just a car. Yellow, but otherwise ordinary car.
However, when you go around, you can see what is unusual - a cable goes down from the top floor of a residential building to get through the window in the car and charge something there - some rational solution to a problem.
Oh, poor people always find rational solutions to their problems. They just have no other choice.
