A Chattering Mind ~ Sunday Afternoon Thoughts
Sometimes when we are in a dark phase, we tend to surround ourselves by negativity .
It happens with each one of us, coz we are humans . But we forget ,life has planted us so that we identify our inner light, our inner strength & let it sprout & bloom .
Seeds are planted in soil , in dark underground land , but they sprout up to beautiful plants bearing fruits & flowers . If the seed would not have been planted, we would not have been smelling roses & clicking beautiful tulips ❤
Similarly , when our life plants a dark phase in our life, we should look internally & trust our inner voice & not let the negativity kill our dreams...

Its a nice warm sunday afternoon , after having a sumptuous brunch , settled comfortably with my laptop & camera, working on compiling my travel photos I decided to drop in by & say a quick Hello to my Steemian friends
Its been 1 month here & it has been a mixed experience so far ..I share my experiences & travel photos here however most of the times posts are either not read or not reaching the right audience .. I see only few responses to my posts ,which is quite a demotivating factor ,still a bit unsure on how this all works. Are there supposed to be some tags I am not using or some particular time when its supposed to be posted , just wondering ..
I keep seeing posts regarding steem & bitcoin prices by almost everyone doing very well .But there are few others too who are sharing quality work on blogging on various topics. This encourages me as well to do my little bit of contribution, as I am here to share my art , experiences & photography works ..
Everyone here is to make a bit of profit /earn by blogging , however I urge fellow Steemians to be Original & lets make this platform a quality one . Lets not post anything & everything just to try to make a quick buck, I am sure some of you may not agree to what I say , this is purely my personal suggestion...
If we have to make Steemit compete with the likes of Facebook , we need to put in quality
As I understand ,Quality work tends to take time but the results are always lasting..

i think that the problem is that quality does not get in front of bullshits

I think what you have done in one month is spectacular. It needs time to make connection and appropriate platform for our content. I also feel same some times. Some old players get more rewards with average content. But this is the system we have right now. we need to learn how to use it effectively . I found that in the beginning it takes time, but then quality content stand out. So don't bother it right now and keep posting quality content.

Found your post on the help a minnow post that @aggroed is hosting. I've seen really similar results. I think one great way to combat the fact that the crypto post are doing well while we artists and musicians and such struggle is to seek each out and upvote each other's stuff. The way the curation rewards seem to work, is tempting to only vote on things you know will do well, like the currency posts... But I'm disregarding that, and using my votes on content that is meaningful to me. I think if all of us do the same we could see a renessaince of art and music on steem! Cheers, and happy steeming!
