The unfair nature of the examination system

All, if not many of us have attended classes. At the of the term/semester/module, one is tested. Unfortunately the criteria upon which the test/exam lies is typically based on the concept of how much can be remembered not how best can the lessons learnt be applied. One who remembers most is awarded higher and those who remember less are awarded less. This system is visible in Africa, this of course tunes students with a mindset of learning how to remember much but not applying the little learnt. This is why there are more numbers of unemployed youths in Africa because they have graduated with good grades in many theories.

In reality, this world presents a lot of opportunities but only practical people may benefit from these opportunities. I think knowing how to apply even one theory practically can help to reduce the jam in the job market of Africa.
Let exam encourage this nature of approach by testing how able students are in putting theory back into practical.
An example of students who do IT, they should know what is made of every gadget beyond theory like in the photo below, I am impressed by what students are exposed to in other countries.

More theories in Africa= unemployment/dependent population/low development.
More skills=self employment, economic development etc.
We need more skilled students in Africa.

The educational system is enormously and remorsefully embarrassing in the global community.

We now have just theoretical graduates which studs out development economically, technologically, military wise and in other sphere.

This is the hurting truth buddy.
