"The long distance lifestyle"

Hello again!

I just wanted to talk about something that I'm "doing" 365 days / year, and that is the "horrifying" Long distance relationship!

For the past few years i've been in a relationship, the girl i'm with is also from Finland but studies abroad in a land far far away.. well not that far but, anyway! I personally didn't like the idea about long distance relationship but after 2 years you kinda get used to it.

For me it hasn't been that bad actually.. she goes off to study after the summer as well as i do, and of course it sucks but at the same time i think we both kinda "accepts" it.. I get to do what I like (sometime even study) and she gets to do whatever she wants, if that makes any sence? On the plus side i get to visit her about every other month (or she'll visit me) if the school Schedule allow it.

Over the summer we try too visit each other as much as possible, usually when one or the other has a day off from work (we live about 2h from each other so not that far)
And this is sort of okay. When we don't get too see each other that much we often do something special when we get together, like just a couple of days ago we went too an old "working village" which now is a big tourist attraction with museums and hotels where we just walked around for a couple of hours which was nice!
