Anger is a frequent human emotion that many people experience. We've all been in that situation. Negative behaviour may result when the system is out of balance, as described above. Recognizing this helps us to avoid spiralling out of control and causing issues for ourselves and others.

When faced with a potentially dangerous scenario, we can become upset. It could be something as simple as being a witness to physical violence. Perhaps it is something more serious, such as witnessing a violent film being shot by the side of the road. Regardless of the circumstances, our bodies follow our commands.


When we are upset, we are more likely to fight or flee the situation. We run the danger of injuring ourselves or others. Retaliation is absolutely reasonable for individuals who believe they have a legitimate reason to be enraged. Fighting back frequently results in more anger and a sense of powerlessness on the part of the victim. It should come as no surprise that the majority of people are furious.

If you've ever been the target of someone's rage, you understand how harmful it can be.
