Hatred is harmful, according to popular thinking. Few dare confess they despise someone because of this. We don't want to admit our faults to ourselves or others.

Hatred is strong enmity that leads to wishing or committing damage and celebrating it. One dislikes someone. Hurting doesn't entail wanting to kill someone, but we can dislike them enough to want them to stop hurting others.

Hatred opposes love, which offers happiness, joy, harmony, peace of mind, health, freedom, and inner peace. We all know that love gives us energy. This energy even heals love-deficit disorders. Hatred imprisons and destroys its supporters, thus it creates the opposite. Hatred is as powerful as love. Which do you choose? Live hatefully or lovingly?

Are you one of those who never hated anyone? Do you think everyone seeks love? Know that most individuals hate to some extent.

Her reply shows anger, not love or compassion, because she is delighted her ex is suffering.

Hate is subtle. Mainly through sustaining rejection or abandonment wounds. This woman may have suffered additional wounds from her partner, but these two caused her anger.

All our grudges and hatred stem from these wounds. A grudge is a stubborn resentment from an offence, injustice, or discrimination. Hatred is when resentment is accompanied by a desire for retribution or tragedy.

Great love disappointment usually leads to hatred. Our false expectations of a person or group who should love us or display their love differently cause it. Hatred needs a lot of love. An disinterested person cannot hate.

In conclusion, profound damage pain indicates ego control. Rejection hurts the greatest because it penetrates our soul.

If you detest someone to the extent of wishing them harm, remember that this feeling started very young towards the parent of the same sex as the person you despise.

It's natural to deny something painful and unpleasant. After rejection, we don't want to feel or admit we despised a parent. The more we deny our profound anguish, the more it accumulates and manifests in our bodies as catastrophic illnesses like cancer.

It must be recognised as necessary. Hating someone does not make us evil, and we must accept this. Instead, our great pain demonstrates that we let our ego lead instead of our emotions. Our hearts seek to love through accepting responsibility.

Being responsible means realising that we create our lives. Whatever we attract from others helps us see our flaws.

We must also experience injury pain, which is normal for everyone. We may rebel against life because it's unjust before forgiving and reconciling with ourselves and others. Thus, hatred can be channelled into happiness, freedom, and peace.

Luckily, our immense creative and decision-making strength allows us to turn destructive power into constructive and freeing power and find our heart's great riches.
