How can the first 20 minutes of the day prepare you for success?

Almost everyone believes that getting up early and sticking to a routine allows us to accomplish more. Regardless of whether you get out of bed at 5 a.m. or 3 p.m., how you spend the first twenty minutes will determine your level of success.

Your brain functions at roughly 10.5 waves per second when you initially wake up. These waves are in the alpha phase when their frequency is between 8 and 13 Hz. You may use this activity in your subconscious to think optimistically and achieve more during the day if you can train your brain.
