How by being hopeful, you can control many things in your life

Do you ever get something stuck in your throat, as I do, or something similar? You must be exhausted from spending all of your time at home, from feeling the weight of our responsibilities, and from believing that, despite all of the obstacles, I should be more productive in every manner. And I'm certain that I'm not the only one who thinks this way...

I'm 33 years old, and I can honestly say that I've never had a period in my life where I've had to spend so much time at home with my family. Maybe the vast majority of us didn't know what to do. Inevitably, the body has now begun to emit error codes (I'm not sure what day of quarantine we are currently on), which we have to deal with. All of the participants' nerves are frayed, and everyone is capable of detecting even the smallest perceived defect.

In households with children, the situation may be far more difficult to manage. Parents who are attempting to work while also caring for their children put up additional effort and seek to be more productive in their endeavours. If you live with an elderly person, this process can become considerably more difficult and time-consuming. As a result, your living space is obviously limited, and it is likely the persons who are most responsible for bridging the gap at a time when people require the greatest amount of empathy for one another that are most in demand.

However, despite all of these difficulties, one thought is sufficient to alleviate all of one's burdens: "It will all pass."

So, what has transpired thus far?
Which water did not make its way into the bed and into the flow?
I've never woken up to see the sun come up after one of those long, long nights. Following each spell of darkness, the sun would always shine brightly again.
The most important thing to do in that dark night is to be a candle for oneself, to sing songs and to keep a light burning till the sun comes up.

Make a list of places that will make you feel at peace and that will help you to feel rejuvenated. Possibly here is where you would sit and read a book with a candle in your hand. A few minutes of stillness to hear yourself think, a few minutes of meditation, a few minutes of experimenting with new foods in the kitchen, perhaps hours spent playing games with your child, perhaps a few minutes of closing your eyes and feeling the wind on your skin... This means that you might get up in the middle of the night, put on some tunes, and write till the early hours of the morning.... (Yes, it is now the middle of the day.) I could go on and on with this list....

During the nighttime and early morning hours, there are certain times of day when we can enjoy the most tranquilly...
At a time when everything is coming to an end, the sacred quiet of watching the rebirth of something takes hold of our spirits...
When we are truly feeling something, though, it makes little difference when or where we are...

They're just the frosting on the cake when it comes to who we are...
Why are we doing this in the first place? What matters is how many wounds you've sustained, how many wounds you've healed, and how many crashes you've survived while saluting the sun...

Peace can only be seen when it comes from inside...
This brings our conversation to a close.
Tomorrow will be a brand new day..
Life continues to exist if we are still able to take in breath....
